Paid account to trial back to paid

I just had a question i was hoping someone could answer. I played wow for a while on a paid account, got bored, and quit. I recently added a trial on the same account. I then decided (once that trial was over) that i wanted to play again. I upgraded my account back to paid and logged in only to find y characters from my new trial account were gone. The only ones remaining were from when i first played. any suggestions on how to get my new toons back?

I do see two accounts here.

The trial doesn't appear to be upgraded, and it looks like you paid on the full version account., the one you are posting under here.

Now, since the trial I am looking at was just registered and has no characters - are we talking about another? On a different Battle.net?

That's just it - this brand new trial is the only one I'm seeing under this particular Battle.net account.

I see two - that trial, and the account you are using at the moment to post here.
