I read through the link you posted and have done everything, and sent emails off to [email protected]. Would just like to say thanks for the help =) and would quickly like to ask is it normal that i don't get a automated email like i do when i contact billing as soon as i send it? or does this indicate that i'm not emailing correctly?

Thanks a lot again, was stressing a lot before.

On that inbox, I'm honestly not sure. I'd give it a day or so and wait for a response, that's the correct email.
