Account Hacked and questions re: Restore

So last night my account was hacked and compromised for about 2 hours. I managed to regain control by being able to reset my password via the "Forgot Password" link and Blizzard security question. I understand that I am to eventually have all my items and gold recovered, but my questions are these:

Will my guild and guild bank (including all items and tabs) be restored as well? One of the characters on my account was guild leader for the guild that housed both my alts and that of my boyfriends. During the period of compromise, the hacker /gleader another player and proceeded to kick out every member of the guild. I'm assuming when the individual was finished with the bank the guild was disbanded, as I do not see a listing for my guild in the armory.

And my 2nd question, will any items/achievements/ect. earned after the time I regained control of my account be lost? For example, tonight I took one of my characters to VoA 10/ 25 and the daily heroic. I accumulated 6 badges and one very nice piece of loot . I'd hate to lose those badges and that item because my account was just simply restored to the way it was before it was hacked and not have any consideration for the activity after I regained control.

Playing while an investigation is ongoing is fine - as long as the character wasn't transferred.

Guildbanks should be addressed with a compromise. It is helpful of course to report that there was guildbank involvement when you ask this be investigated for restoration.

If there was guildbank involvement with a compromised account, that should be addressed as well as the play account in question.
