Due to suspicious activity, the Battle.net account <removed> has been locked. To restore access to this account, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Secure Your Computer

In the event that your computer has been infected with malicious software such as a keylogger or trojan, simply changing your password may not deter future attacks without first ensuring that your computer is free from these programs. Please visit our Account Security website

to learn how to secure your computer from unauthorized access.

Step 2: Secure Your E-mail Account

After you have secured your computer, please create a new password for your e-mail account since it may also be compromised. Be sure to check your e-mail filters and rules and look for any e-mail forwarding rules that you did not create. For more information on securing your e-mail account, visit this Support page

.

Step 3: Choose a New Password

You must change your password in order to resume using this Battle.net account. Please click this link to choose a new password:

You still have issues here, Hehe.

Your compromisers JUST changed your password, again....

You have got to find the source of this so they stay out.

I've asked your entire Battle.net account be locked for safekeeping until you can get this security issue sorted out.

It's imperative to make certain your system is secure - and they may be into your email as well.

I'd first - secure your computer, then I highly recommend setting up a new unrelated email for this and calling Billing to get it changed. I don't know if they had time to do any more damages, but they've been in....again.

Q u o t e:
i can also log in now, i thought he locked it anyways my scans are running.

Well, locking a B.net account is a bit different than the individual accounts.

Please, PLEASE make sure you are secure. They got right back in once and if the source of this is still present, they will again.

Thankfully one of your accounts has expired, so hopefully they couldn't do any damage there - but I suspect you'll find some damages on at least one.

I did find a key logger on my computer and have got rid of it

Did you also change your email and make sure it is secure? At the very least, change the password.
