Account Hacked -- Authenticator Added

Good morning everyone, (Not sure if there can be any action 'til Monday, but I thought I'd take a stab at it)

I had let my account go inactive in January, and recently tried to log in to buy a download of Starcraft 2. It looks as though my account has been accessed, and an authenticator has been added.

I have since changed my e-mail and battle.net passwords, and ran some full scans.

I used the webform to submit a request to have the authenticator removed, but haven't heard any followup since last Sunday.

I sent the e-mail from the account associated with the battle.net account, so I'm just wondering if I should expect the wait to be longer, or if there's something else at work.

One of my characters that I can still locate on the Armory is named Scorbelly on Bloodhoof.

Could someone look into this and let me know? I've tried calling a few times, but haven't been able to get a queue spot, besides my first call, which I had given up on waiting for.

I think I've found the PDF that needs to be submitted with a copy of my photo ID -- I just wanted to know if I was at a stage where that would help, or something is wrong with my submissions.

Thanks!

I have reviewed the account associated with the character name and realm you provided, Tachervi, and it appears as though the issue has already been addressed. If you have additional questions, feel free to update the thread.
