Old Account and character

I use to play wow about a year ago and I was level 44 with my old character Magicdudetwo and I was one day away from my subscription ending and I was offline the entire day and when I logged on my account was banned and I could no longer use it I was just wondering if there was a way to get the character back I still remember the info for the account but im afraid my character and account are gone. The only reason I am trying to see if I could get the account back is because I could switch this character over because this account does not have the Wrath of The Litch King and the other account had it all and the account was made before the battlenet names were required.
