Question about RAF and Scroll.

I have a friend thinking about returning to the game after probably a year of not playing. The Scroll of Resurrection isn't the same as RAF is it? If he was to come back and start a new character (which is what he wants to do) we wouldn't be granted the bonus experience would we? He would actually have to go back and re-buy the game and the expansions for that to work correct?

Correct, ÃŸubbleoseven! There are benefits that you would receive, though they do not include the triple experience and the free grantable levels, you would receive a free month of gameplay after your friend has paid for at least a month of game time.
