Wow character transfer issue

hey there! i recently transferred a toon to a different account and am experiencing an issue.

the transfer was completed in a matter of minutes (shocking) and the character is fully playable on the new acc. the problem is, when i try to invite some friends, or send someone a message, the server seems to think that i am on a trial account. any solutions?

Was the account you transferred the character to this one or a different one? Can you give me the name and realm of the character that you transferred?

I should be able to take a look and see whats up. :)

It isn't surprising that you are, Hiricine, you transferred your character to an account that you recently created and then electronically upgraded. There are at least two warnings when you electronically upgrading letting you know that though leveling restrictions will be lifted immediately other trial account restrictions will remain on the account for up to 72 hours.

You may have further upgraded the account, raising the cap, and transferred a character to that account but the trial restrictions are still in place until that original upgrade completely processes. I'm sorry for the confusion.

Do you mean the helm isn't being displayed on your character, Hiricine? You currently have Hide Helm enabled.

Yes, Hiricine, as I said you have the option to hide your helmet enabled which means any head piece you wear will remain hidden until you select the option to show your helm.

Open up your main menu in game, select your Interface options and then select Display. Check the Show Helm option.
