You can always start a new account and only upgrade to BC, and level a new lock to 70, if you would like to keep it there. Short of that, it is extremely unlikely that your character would be deleveled, Deadlyorc. You are welcome to ask, if you would like, but I am fairly certain that the answer will not be the one you are looking for.
