U guys arent gonna restore my account?

I believe you are mistaking items/characters with the account, Dare.

We indeed did locate your old account and combined it for you under your current Battle.net - but it looks like the last time you were using it was last September. That's nearly a year, damages done back then, well - normally there is nothing left to restore after a year.

Now, this was locked for your protection waiting word from you that your system is secure. I see that's inhouse, but not yet processed. After it has been, this will be unlocked and you should again have access.

It looks like this account was mightily abused for a long period of time. Please, please do make certain that both your system and email account are secure.

I'd also highly recommend adding an authenticator as an additional layer of security.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
