Hello, for the past several days, at least a week i have gotten 3 hour bans every single day at the same time and i do not understand why, i always get the same reason.

Account Action: 3 hour suspension and password reset
Reason for Action: In-Game Chat Policy Violation - Advertisement and Spamming

My friend says that i have a China IP in my computer from when i was hacked so when i login i login to that as well.

This has made me unable too do any of the scheduled raids that my guild has planned because it is always right during raid time, please help me, thank you.

I also have another problem, i requested a faction change for my level 80 paladin Chückles last week, the faction change went through and i was able too play for about 2 hours, then i got an email saying that it didn't go through, even though it did go through. I am still unable too login to this character and it is very annoying

If you friend means you have malware on your system, he's likely right.

I believe most of these actions were repercussions from 7/31, but if you haven't found the source of that the chances of them doing it again are VERY high.

You also need to make certain your email is secure, and I'd recommend adding an authenticator to your account. I see you have a petition about this locked character - that also is a side-effect of someone else being in your account causing havoc, that was locked for your protection.

This sticky may be useful.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
