Hacked yesterday morning

I have sent a few tickets in game reguarding this issue, and have email customer service, but would like to talk to a gm this evening. Last time i personally was on my account was 5am 8/9/2010 which is when i logged out for the day. When i attempted to log back in @ 11pm 8/9/2010 it said i entered the incorrect password which is impossible because i have had the same password since i started this account back in Pre-BC days (which granted is a security issue).

Once i realized the obvious that i had been hacked i got onto account manager and started the change password sequence. Then the hacker also tried to re-change the password so I in turn downloaded the authenticator to prevent further access.

Ran a virus scan an believe to have found the source and eradicated any trace on my system (cookie tracker), and have made sure to change my password on both my email and the account multiple times

But as it stands all of my characters have been stripped of all items/equipment of any gold use and all of my gold has been drained from my account.

As you suspected, if they added an authenticator, they were into your email.

I do see malicious access, but there was no authenticator at that time. There is one on now, but it appears to be yours.

This has been entered into the system for investigation, it will be a day or so before you hear back from a Specialist.

I do note in your ticket you found 'tracking cookies', that won't cause this, I'd recommend a complete security sweep of your system.
