ok so here's the deal about 2 months ago i was hacked and banned i contacted bliz that day. i waited 2 months for a reply and got none. i finally got antsy and sent another email 2 weeks ago i got an email the next day saying they recieved the email. now its been 2 weeks with no more contact any help would be appreciated

We sent an email out on this on 7/24. Basically we need to know from you that you have addressed your security issues and it's safe to unlock this.

You should have received an email, but the pertinent part is this webform.
