GM help with Character transfer error pls!

Hi,

My friend character < Txuekau > from < Blackrock > realm is trying to transfer his character to my realm for the past couple hours ( over 8 attempts ), but everytime he logs out of the game, the hacker in game mails him with a website spam, which errors his transfer. The in game mails he is getting are from < fyukil >. He has to log back in and delete that spam mail and it happens multiple times.

Can a GM please stop incoming mails to his box for an hour or so, so he can transfer ? he's on his Account Management page and doing it asap. Much appreciated.

These are actually much older emails.

See if he can try this again.
