Accnt merge

After not playing for many months i decided to probably play again i went to log in my accnt says to login with my email adress so i did and noticed its only a trial or w/e. so i went to merge my old accnt but it says my accnt is already merged with another b.net accnt even though ive never touched my accnt for over a year.

contacting support i keep getting que is full any ideas and yes i have emailed then a ticket as well
