Hello Blizzard, this has to be an unfortunate mix up because when I tried to sign on this morning, it said my password was wrong. I then went to battle.net, and changed my password only to come back and find that I was banned. I know I was keylogged because when I look my characters that are created on my account, I see numerous level 1's on different realms that I haven't made. I'm guessing someone signed on to my account and spammed about how they were selling gold, and advertising their site. I only play on the server area 52, and mostly with my mage "********", and occasionally my other characters (list of other characters). Blizzard if you could please look into this and help, it'd be much appreciated. I put alot of time so far, and money into this game and seeing that I got banned for something I didn't do really breaks my heart. From now on, I also downloaded alot of anti-virus programs to prevent future keylogging, and etc. I'm also buying an authenticator. Thank you so much for your time, please respond as soon as possible.

That was the e-mail I sent to Blizzard, I just want to know is there anything that I left out? Sorry, I'm just getting paranoid about not being e-mailed back. Its been about 4 days. =/
