Unable to restore 60+ Characters

From what I can see, Algruk, you seem to be dealing with multiple accounts on the same Battle.net account.

Can you give me a run down on the characters. Level, class, race. Name/realm would be fantastic too but I'll see what I can find with whatever you can provide.

Yes, but from what I can see, that character, as well as all the others you mentioned are on the same account. We'll just refer to it as the "L" account. That account is part of your Battle.net account and is currently active with subscription time.

All the characters that were able to be restored were on the account you originally listed and from what I can see the only character that actually originated on the account you listed was Kennierogers.

The other characters originated on the account they are currently on, in fact, it wouldn't have been possible to have originated on the account you originally listed, character creation took place before that WoW account was made.

So, I think we're just looking at a bit of confusion, Algruk. If you submit an in-game petition from that account one of our Game Master's should be able to help restored those characters. Make sure you include the name and realm of the characters, that should help avoid any further confusion.
