Suspended for no reason?

My fiance's account got suspended for no reason. right before the account got suspended the password got changed by someone that wasn't us. O.o We were walking around and he got dc'd. When he tried to log back in his password had been changed. When he tried to log in again it said he had been suspended.

When he got the email saying what he did it said he had used a "automotion third party" program. It's kinda rediculous that they said he was using a bot when he was playing with me and a few other people.

We tried calling and email. Phones are jammed and of course there is no email response. I filled out a ticket and hasn't been answered. How are we supposed to fix this when Blizzard won't follow through on their "support"??

If your fiance has followed the advice in the thread that Talulah linked, Aleerra, then all you can really do is wait. If he does not have access to the account currently he can try and contact our Billing and Account Services department so he can update his contact information and hopefully regain access, but between your petition and his e-mail he should be contacted once those are able to be processed.

We follow through with our support, Aleerra, we just aren't always able to do so immediately.
