Does your original account show upgraded to a full version yet?
It can take a little time for that to happen. That's one possibility, your trial hasn't upgraded fully through the system yet.
We also have considerable maintenance today, so that could be playing into it as well.
I'd try this again (if you have full account functionality) after the realms return from maintenance today.
