We upgraded our account 4 days ago, from the trial version to full version.
It charged out credit card, and we downloaded the game. All it did was delete our characters and give us another 10 day trial. We paid the $20...why won't it give us the full version?
Upgrading an account should not give you another account.
Sounds like you've setup two, one a full - and one is still a trial.
You need to contact Billing for assistance with this just as soon as possible.
