I want to thank the mod who helped me yesterday about my worries (Orylia I think it was? Panda(wo?)man nontheless.

I contacted the mod who helped me with trying to restore my lost character (teargus) but in regards to that all i have gotten in the past day is a customer satisfaction survey.

is there anyway I can confirm if s/he got my request to restore the correct character? If not do I have to start the process again?

I believe that character has been addressed.

As far as the account, I think we are waiting on security confirmation on that.
