Lost BoA item (unknown time, ticket USELESS!)

So let me just start by saying I took the time to put a ticket in and the gm was USELESSSSS. He basically just told me to put another ticket in if it dealt with a quest or a mob or anything else.... never even referenced any of my issue.

regardless. I seem to have lost my BoA emblem leather chestpiece. The rogue one, stained shadowcraft tunic. I had it when i leveled my rogue probably like 8 months ago. But in that time ive stopped palying and come back on and made numerous alts etc. Somewhere in there, my chest disappeared. I have checked every toons bank and bags etc, and even Altoholic is coming up blank.

I am now in need of this chest so i can level my feral druid, and would REALLY not like to have to farm more emblems to buy another one.

I realize there are alot of lost details here and there probably isnt anything that can be done, but the GM response was so distasteful I feel i need to ask again.
