Transfer help please

I am getting this Incoming Mail Error when i try to transfer my Character but i have waited for 2 days now and still geting this same error can some one help me!

(The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox, or inbound mail that hasn't arrived yet (possibly from a quest). Please wait until all inbound mail has arrived and make sure your mailbox is empty before trying again )

Looks like you had some spam mail that was stuck in your inbox, it has been removed. Please try again.
