Realm Maintenance 8/17/2010

Goooood Morning CSF!!

We again have two separate types of maintenance 8/17/2010. The last batch of realms are due for their 24 hour facelift - and the rest have normal maintenance :)

The realms listed below will be undergoing a 24-hour extended maintenance to prepare them for the upcoming expansion. Maintenance will begin at 12:01 AM PDT on Tuesday, August 17, and will conclude at approximately 12:01 AM PDT on Wednesday, August 18.

All realms not listed below will undergo standard scheduled maintenance beginning on Tuesday, August 17, at 5:00 AM PDT and will be back up at approximately 11:00 AM PDT. During this time, all realms and many web services will be unavailable.

Remember, these are always estimates and realms may return a bit earlier - or later, than currently anticipated.

This is always an excellent time to do those chores on your own system to make sure your play is enjoyable and uninterrupted in the week to come. Scan, update, etc.

As all maintenance schedules are provided in PDT, should you not live on the pacific coast, you will need to adjust this time accordingly. :)

Any chance you can tell some of the PR guys at starcraft to post something? Forums are in an uproar over ther about sc2, and most of us cant post there because we cant access our characters to log in.
They gave no notice of downtime.

Only if authentication is in maintenance. That doesn't always happen.

Just a quick note folks, our wonderful Billing Representatives will be available during our normal hours today - but what they may be able to assist with while realms are unavailable (and therefore some of our tools) may be limited.
