Trial account upgrade

I was wondering how you actually tell when your account has been upgraded from a trial other than testing one of the restrictions, and if it was possible to get my account upgraded any quicker than the standard 72 hours. Like I call blizzard support or something. Any response would be greatly appreciated.

It normally doesn't take the full 72 hours, but it can.

You could check to see if the mail functions are available - they won't be till everything has processed through.
