Accounts wrongfully suspended/closed

So I had a ticket open for over 24 hours about a couple things including my account being suspended for something I didn't do (apparently I sell gold?), and then out of the blue I get a survey? Not even a whisper.. whats with that? Anyways..

One of my accounts was closed because they said I was selling gold, so when I made a new one after just 2 days I got an email stating I was doing exploitative activity, selling gold, endangering accounts, etc. Why does blizzard keep banning me for selling gold when I've never done that? I'm not going to lose two accounts for something I didn't do.

I'd need a character name/realm on the account(s) in question to look into this further, Côach.

It's possible from the way you initially describe this you were phished, then compromised and consequently suffered from the actions of the compromiser.

Good point, actually, the wrong email was originally sent.

I appears you were advertising for a Casino. That is forbidden.

To appeal this, you'd want to contact Account Administration at [email protected].
