Am I allowed to get a free namechange? I'm being excessively harassed, and I've already made 1 or 2 reports... Or like my 15 dollars back?

Q u o t e:
OR a GM can possibly give you the free name change and remove your name from their list, Its not that hard really for a GM to do that or for the GM to ask a Admin to do that.

Healzinc, if you don't know, please don't assume you know. Though we can change a character's name we could not clear a person's friend or ignore list.

Deathvorpal, a name change will not resolve the issue. Please report any violation of our Terms of Use that you experience. Place the person on ignore and then submit an in-game petition.

Please note that were are only able to intervene when a player violates our policies. This means using inappropriate language or subject matter, it will also cover circumventing the ignore feature.

This is a social game and because of this people you do not get along with will likely be a factor. We will take appropriate actions based on any violations we find.

The problems are usually happening in the public channels, which is even worse then pm's. Regardless of how many of his chars I ignore, it's still going to happen. : /

Yes, and they do it to get a reaction, Deathvorpal. If you don't react that ends their fun. So if you see the harassment, ignore it, report it, but don't respond to it.

Like, I'm just going to come out and say it: alot of the problems happen because we'd rather solve our own problems then wait 3 days to talk to a gamemaster.

Technically queue times have dropped recently, Deathvorpal. I shutter to think what "solving our own problems" would entail.
Q u o t e:

I mean absolutely no offense, but remember Vrak, we can only have ONE ticket open at a time, we can't report multiple problems if there's any.

Actually that's not entirely true. Not only can you edit an existing petition but you can submit petitions from multiple characters. As long as you list the character this is in reference to we will be able to look into the matter. Not to mention you may always write to [email protected]. Including the appropriate character names, time frame and possible a sample of what was said will allow us to investigate the matter.
Q u o t e:

I'm honestly getting really fed up with it.

Understandable, Deathvorpal, but if you ignore them and report it appropriately the matter will be investigated. If they keep it up beyond that, well, they'll find out that we don't like it when the chances we've given are ignored.

Because me solving my own problems ends up getting me banned. I'd like to keep from getting anymore bans

You wouldn't be solving your own problems, Deathvorpal, you'd be escalating childish behavior and inappropriate behavior.

Q u o t e:
I've had a couple of bans where someone has cussed me out nonstop and then I swear at them and BOOM...I'm suddenly the one in the wrong.

Someone likely reported you, odds are it wasn't them because we do look at all chat involved. If they did report we would have taken action on all violations found, though most people only see what has happened to them. Honestly playing the suffering martyr doesn't help the issue. Just report and move on. We will take appropriate actions based on our policies.
