I can confirm that the account exists and that it is currently not merged into a Battle.net account, Reapest. Unfortunately the name on this account and the one you are looking for doesn't match.

It is likely I wouldn't be able to give you much more information even if it had though. If you contact our Billing and Account Services department and can identify yourself as the registered user on the account they should be able to help you.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 7AM-8PM (PST/PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

They are open for just under an hour. Call volume is rather heavy at the moment to if you get the busy message hang up and try again. It sometimes takes a bit of luck to make it into the hold queue. Our Billing staff is working through their calls as quickly as possible to get to as many people as they can.

yeah thats the problem guys i have like 8 accounrs and many twink alt accounts cant rwemember em all
im on khaz modan atm in his original guild and it says hes still in there and not logged on in like a year but yeah hes alive somewhere jus cant find him

Give Billing the character name and realm and let them know that you are unable to recall the name of the account. As long as you can identify yourself as the registered user, they should be able to help.

And if you can verify that you are the registered user of the account, yes.
