Hacked..

Hi,

My WoW account was hacked into a few days ago and all of the stuff and money was taken. I sent out a petition and blizzard security says they'll have my stuff back in about 1-2 days. So 12 hours later, I try to log in again to check the progress, but once again the password was changed. I changed it to something different and then logged on. I think that if they can keep changing my pass, then they can keep taking my stuff. What should I do?

When a case is escalated as a compromise it is normal that the password is reset. Could that be what occurred, Tebazile? I see the original password change from a foreign source but nothing after that except by you and our note escalating your case.

Make sure you check your system and change and make sure it is clear.
