i emailed billing yesterday because someone keeps changing my battle.net email(they are most likely ringing up billing because i'm not getting a confirmation email).

however today i got a survey email but no response can a gm check if i was supposed to get a response yet please or will i have to re-email billing?

I'm not certain why you may have received a survey, Syragongg, I see the e-mail that you sent with some identifying information. I believe it is still awaiting processing.
