Q u o t e:
16 hours of an escalated ticket and still no response from a GM. disappointing considering how much money i pay on a monthly basis just to play a game.
You pay 50 cents a day. As for the ticket, restorations are taking an average of about 2 days right now to complete. That means 48 hours of an escalated ticket not 16. There are others in the queue ahead of you after all.

Ok all; let’s rein it in a bit. Speculating over how the account was compromised isn’t going to solve anything. There could be several variables that could have attributed to the compromise, but pointing fingers and placing blame is not the way to go about this.

I show you have 2 tickets currently escalated to the compromise queue, Drassil. Although I am unable to provide an ETA as to when the investigation will be complete, you will be notified via email when the specialist has completed the restoration.

Hang in there! I know it is frustrating but rest assured we will assist you as soon as we possibly can. I know you said you scanned your computer, but did you by chance scan with the game running? Malicious programs like keyloggers and Trojans may not “activate” until the game begins, and therefore may not be detected while scanning with the game closed. You may also wish to try several anti-virus and anti-spyware programs, many of which can be found here:
