it is 12:22 pm here I have been trying since 7am pst to get throu to some one in Customer support but all I get is *our hold ques are full please call back later* Um this is nuts my account got hacked again 2nd time in a few days I finally figured out the hole in my computer was a Adobe flash issue thats fixed thankfully but now can not play at all and can not get a response from a blue or email or phones.
it would be nice to get a heads up on what is going on?? a fyi ??? SOMETHING????
I think there are a few of us waiting and wondering....
