Hacked with authenticator

So I was somehow hacked last night. I still have not found the source of the breach on my system.

The real question I have is how did they get into the game to take all my stuff and start spamming enough to get suspended? I have had an authenticator set up for a very long time. And the authenticator in front of me still works. I believe this means they either got around the authenticator question, figured out a way to generate the correct number, or removed it, logged in and then put it back so I would not know.

So, is their any known way to get past the authenticator in such a way that it still works the next day?

I am sorry to hear of your compromise, Unovis. I have reviewed the situation and I show the authenticator was removed from the account back in May of this year. With that said, you may wish to add the authenticator to the account once again.

Please also take the time out to scan your computer for keyloggers, viruses, and Trojans; as well as change your passwords for both Battle.net and your email address. As a friendly reminder, please do not use the same passwords for both Battle.net and your email address.
