GDKP pot ninjas

Hi, I would like to find out what is the official Blizzard stance on GDKP pot ninjas. By knowing the stance, I can then make informed decisions on how best to protect myself.

I always take the precaution of getting the raid leader to state that the gold is to be split evenly amongst remaining members at the end of the run.
A question: What happens if the raid leader omits the word "evenly" or randomly boots out people?

What actions are taken if a pot does get ninja'ed even though the proper precautions are taken?
- Does the raid leader gets banned and the gold removed?
- Is the gold redistributed?

For me, even if the gold is not redistributed, I would like the gold removed from the raid leader and a ban handed out. This will act as a deterrent to such possible actions in the future.

At the moment, there are a lot of rumours/comments by people saying that GMs would do this/that. I am hoping for an official response so that we the players can then act accordingly.

Sorry folks, but discussing the purchase and sale of virtual property is probably not the best idea, especially listing the name of sites that may be doing the selling. >.<

Azzur, GDKP runs are not currently prohibited but neither are they supported. Participation is at your own risk. We will of course investigate any possible scam reported to us and we will take appropriate actions based on our policies. Please note that no restoration is ever guaranteed so any loot/gold obtained by a confirmed scam may be removed further redistribution may not be likely.
