Recruit a friend mount

Hey, just got my recruit a friend touring rocket and sent it to my lvl 65 rogue thinking he would have been able to use it just like the celestial steed, you know how it just scales to skill? But no it requires 225 skill which requires atleast 4 thousand gold, and I can't mail 4 thousand gold cross faction. Can I just get it taken away from him (Rogue's name is Mython) and sent to Rakacha (my 80 shaman named Rakacha) both on the same realm (Emerald Dream).

If you have not learned the mount yet, Rakacha, it may be possible to have it switched over. If you haven't done so already please submit an in-game petition and make that request. Your request may need to be escalated to a Character Specialist for further assistance but leave the petition open and they'll let you know.
