Recruit a friend

I recently tried to send a recruit a friend email to my son 3 times. he never got the email so i made him an account anyway and paid for 3 months in advance thinking that the emails would match and no problems will be had. 2 months later i still can't get anyone to link the accounts together for the recruit a friend program, and still have not reciecved my rocket. Anyone else have this problem? any solutions since the technical support seems to be useless?

For this situation you will need to contact Billing and Account services, they can try to help. Although it has been 2 months, you can always explain and see what options they have for you.

    Account Services
