MISSING CHARACTER

I recently Transfered my old hunter off my old account and wanted to start playing on him again. When i transfered him i instantly had him on my account. I was surprised that it was instant so i started playing on him again.

About two days later i try to log in and then i get a Error at the Character Selection Screen saying "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete." So then im kinda freaking out because i cant play the toon i was just on the other night?

I attemept to log in serveral times for the day and i still couldnt log in and i kept getting the "You cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete." error.

So then i decide to open a GM ticket and see what can be done to resolve this issue. I open the ticket and serveral...days...later...its gets aswered basically stating that i came to the wrong place.

hmm...i just wasted all that wait time and only get the answer?? Not only that but about 3 hours later i realize that the character that ive been waiting on to play is no longer is my Character Selection screen. So after about 5 days im a few steps back from where i started.

I apologize if my words seem too harsh or too ignorant but understand that many of the people that play wow have jobs and bills to pay and to get some freetime is sometime a struggle.

Any possible solutions or can someone point me in the right direction?

70 Hunter Dwarf
Server(Frostwolf)------>Server(Frostmane)
Transfered Thurday the 5th
Cant Havent played sense Friday the 6th
and today is Tuesday the 10th
