My account was closed on the 5th of august and i sent an email to blizzard for why. Someone hacked my account and compromised it. I had to make a trial account because all of it was banned. Just yesterday i was able to get on the battle.net site to change my settings. I sent a email to account admin to see why it was banned but still no reply. How long will it take to get my account up and running again?

I'd need a character name and realm on the account in question to find this, Hdia.

This trial doesn't seem associated with your main account at all.
