Beta Bug Reporting Missing In Game

Ever since I had to reload Beta, I cannot report Bugs in game. The little blue circle is missing off of my mini map. The options to report aren't even there for quests, npcs, etc. Ummm.. am I missing something??

We'll look into why Mt Hyjal is on the tool. Closing this thread since this has been resolved. If anything else crops up, please start a new thread. Thanks all!
