Why is my character gone?

I paid for a realm transfer about two weeks ago and since then my character has seemingly vanished. I don't know when exactly it happened, since the day after I activated the transfer I went on vacation and only just returned.
The transfer status shows that the move is complete, yet when I start up the game and get to the character select screen my character is nowhere to be seen. He is also no longer in the armory or anywhere else I can think of to look.

If this is nothing to be worried about, would someone mind telling me? The last time I transferred a character it didn't take nearly this long.

Um, if it turns out that this is some sort of glitch...May I please have my character back? He's a Tauren Hunter named Solisuu. I would appreciate it if he could be on the Proudmoore server. It was where he was being transferred to when he disappeared.
