My Character update process

Dear Blizzard,
My account was hacked but the account was restored. Everything works well except for my level 80 death knight it seems as though i cannot log into him. Everytime i make an attempt its sais: you cannot log in until the character update process you recently initiated is complete. i know for a fact that i have not recently intiated any character transfers or account merges also while my account was hacked i also realized that i was switched from thunderlord to area 52. I have been making alts and have been having fun playing them but i want to get down to bussiness on my main and it seems i cannot.

I believe this should be accessible now, but may I ask why you haven't filed a report on this compromise?

Also, did you find the source of this? If you haven't, the chances of it happening again are VERY high.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
