Race transfer during cataclysm

Hey blizzard I just had a quick question for ya.

I was wondering, when cataclysm comes out would I be able to change my tauren druid into a troll druid or will there be a specific amount of weeks until you can?

I don't believe any information on that has yet been released, Noktall.

They'll be announcing things of this nature closer to release. I'd keep an eye on the website.
