Locked account

Hi im wondering why my account is still disabled so here was the problem i was hacked a long time ago and i recovered the account but the account was disabled for a charge back this was after i emailed account admin and they told me that was the problem of why it was locked so i called today and the guy helped me and said it was fine but when i check its still locked ... so i emailed account admin and called yet my account still remains locked do i have to wait for the issue to be fixed cause the guy said it was fine

Can you give me a character name/realm on the account in question?

If it's the one I suspect it is, they are awaiting ID verification from you before it's unlocked to make certain it's in the registered account holder's hands.
