Characters Gone From Realm

I was questing on a new toon and i got d/c from the server. logged back on and same thing. i waited about 5 mins got back on and all my chars are gone. i just started back yesterday and never gave my pass out and now my characters are gone. Can this be fixed or did someone hack my acc and delete the chars?

On cursory examination, I'm not seeing anything 'off' here, Noah - although these were all indeed deleted.

Anyone else at the place you play have access to your computer/account?

You can ask these be restored, but just as a reminder, NO ONE but the registered account holder should be accessing an account.
