Experience bar does not change last 2 days

I have a ticket out for it, but sometime in the last day or so, my experience bar stopped adding new experience. Any clues?

You are currently using a trial account, Fladrick, in order to advance further you'll need to upgrade your account to a Standard World of Warcraft account.

You may do so by either picking up a retail copy of the game from a store that carries such products or purchase the upgrade online. If you decide to upgrade online the leveling restrictions will lift immediately but many other trial account restrictions will remain until the purchase is fully processed, this can take up to 72 hours.
