X-53 touring rocket

I did RaF with my brother last year sometime. Obviously, the account link has expired. He leveled to 60, then transferred the toon off the account. He still has the account. He paid for an additional month of game time while the accounts were linked, so I received a free month. My question is, if he were to pay for another month, even though the link has expired, would I still be eligible to claim the touring rocket mount?
