Faction Change error

I am experiencing an error message trying to use the faction change service. character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox. I do not have any mail in my inbox or any on the way from other toons. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated :D

You should be set, Maxxdredd. Give it a try.

Note: If you are transferring your character as well as Faction Changing make sure you log the character into the realm completely before initiating the next service. That will avoid complications with the process. :)
