Transaction "pending" upgrading to WOTLK.

im not sure if this is the right forum to post this so i apologize if it isnt.

hi, i recently attempted to do a digital upgrade to Wotlk via battle.net and after i clicked submit it said there was an error with my card number. I checked my balance on my banking site and it has already used the $40 required, but it still says that my transaction is pending. My battle.net account hasnt been upgraded yet.
i would just like to know if i did this process correctly or what i did wrong, and if there is a waiting time or some sort of approval before upgrading to Wotlk. thanks .

What likely happened, Thorbad, is the system pinged your bank letting it know you were attempting to make a purchase, the funds were held so that purchase could be completed. After that it sounds like an error occurred with the transaction, either our system didn't like something or your bank, so the purchase was rejected. The held funds still remain held though, they usually return to the card within 3-5 business days.

If you attempt to another purchase and receive an error you will likely gain another "pending" charge. If you want to try, make sure your account and card information are up to date, clear your cookies/cache on your browser and give it another try.

If you still have an issue please give our Billing and Account Services department a call, they may be able to help process the purchase manually. Or you can pick up a retail copy from a store.
