It wont let me pick my name :(

I just recently switched servers on my warrior azog of eldre'thalas to frodoe of stormrage, however now it is telling me that name was already taken when i had saved it on a character and deleted him prior to the switch, so i know there is no chance that the name is taken, it even let me type it in for frodoe but it now says your character is flagged for a name change.

what should i do?
