Thank you for your generalized comments about some issues that you claim to have had, Roguemasta. It should be noted that this is not a feedback point, this would be an inappropriate location to simply post a complaint. Now if you are looking for actual assistance and advice, it would help, when you are lambasting someone, that you provide additional information to support your point.

Such as:

What is the issue that you are apparently having?

What was the response you received?

Claiming that we didn't "fix the problem" isn't very helpful to judge your interaction when we don't know what happened.

Seriously though, I am more than happy to provide what advice I can or even give an e-mail address if someone needs to write to a supervisor who can review the matter and take what steps are necessary. I completely understand that certain situations can be frustration but it helps no one to show up, stomp your feet a few times and leave. That only causes everyone in the area to wonder what that was all about.
